Saints, when are we going to get it; Only Jesus can fix us

Be a New Christian Colossians 3:12-17

What could be a better way to start the New Year by acknowledging we need help. We need a Savior. A New Year is upon us, so why do I have to start out by saying, “Do not be upset because I referred to you as a sinner and the year is just beginning? Why not start out with a positive note?

Which God are you going to serve this year? May I suggest the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The One who made a triumphal entry in Matthew 21. Who ate the last supper and washed feet in John 13. The One betrayed in John 18. The One that was arrested in Matthew 26:47. The One crucified in Matthew 27:32-66. And the resurrection of the One in John 20.

Let us be excited about sharing God's love and leading others to Him as we begin this new year. Begin better than the end of last year. Have a “Happy and Blessed New Year” from my wife Angela and myself. Dear Saints, I want you to know that I love you and there is nothing you can do about it! And please as you shut down your device don’t leave here like you came in Jesus’ name.

2nd Timothy 4:3 KJV: For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Women Pastors?

What is the reason why women cannot be pastors? Well, it's simple. The number one reason why women can't be pastors. Because God said so.

The Bible also does not restrict women from teaching children. The only activity women are restricted from is teaching or having spiritual authority over men. This bars women from serving as pastors to men.

This does not make women less important, by any means; rather, it gives them a ministry focus more in agreement with God’s plan and gifts.
